Price Guide
These no maintenance buildings are a life lasting and are normally completed in just one day on a pre-prepared concrete base. The concrete panels are precast at our factory and we have a range of styles available.
As each concrete building is designed and built to suit your individual taste and style, the prices shown below are only a guide and a site survey would be required to enable us to give you a full quote for your building.
Prices start at €2875 for the basic building. The basic price does not include a base which can be quoted after a site visit.
Traditional Concrete Garden Building
Our Most popular range! This is a modern looking building, which looks well across the end of a garden. It creates extra storage and also adds value to your home. This building starts at €3,900
These buildings come with a range of traditional features plus the option of adding extra features such as double glazed windows, steel doors and internal partitions.

Classic Concrete Buildings
These buildings start at €7420 and come with a steel tile effect roof with vapour barrier, gutters and downpipe, UPVC gables and facia – White UPVC up and over door 2m (h) x 2.36m (w). The have an Aggregate exterior finish and a front overhang (when the door is on Gable only).

The Pent Range
The Pent Range starts at €3,900 and includes a black corrugated onduline roof covering with vapour barrier, a lean-to style roof, a front overhang. It has an Aggregate exterior finish and UPVC gables and facia with a White coated pre-finished galvanised steel door (2m x 950mm (6’6” x 3’1”).

Standard Concrete Garage
Starting at only €2875, these garages come with black corrugated onduline roof covering, pressure-treated Swedish timber (barrel board) on gables and facia, steel framed, pressure treated timber clad doors. They have an Aggregate exterior finish with a front overhang (when the door is on Gable only).
