Duraboard Garden Rooms
The Duraboard garden room range of buildings is a no maintenance building range, constructed using a wood effect fibre cement board on the exterior. Your garden is your happy place but the Irish weather can make it a bit tricky to utilise. These are warmer outdoor rooms that are easier to heat. Starting from only €5650 they are an affordable effective solution.
Benefits of Duraboard
Duraboard Buildings are constructed using a heavy duty timber frame with a vapour barrier. A concrete base is required. This service is provided upon request; however, we can also provide a base plan if the customer wants to do it themselves. The Duraboard fibre cement wall is unique in its field and the no maintenance aspect is a huge advantage, but its authentic woodgrain finish gives you the best of both worlds. The fact that it’s no maintenance means you can spend less time worrying about the upkeep and more time enjoying your new outdoor space!
Duraboard Features
Buildings can be customised to your needs. You can have elegant full glass UPVC French doors or practical powder coated steel doors. With many different designs and styles of double glazed windows to choose from you can really maximise the light in your new studio. You also have a choice in roof style – Apex style roofs or Pent (lean to) style – the choice is yours. An Box Profile Steel roof comes as standard which comes with an anti condensation barrier and an underlay of felt giving you real peace of mind.
